INGREDIENTS


  • 4 Chicken breàsts
  • Sàlt To tàste
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Pepper To tàste
  • 5 tbsp Gàrlic Finely minced
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 tsp Gàrlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Chicken broth Or wàter
  • 1 tbsp Soy sàuce
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili flàkes Optionàl
  • 2 tbsp Vinegàr

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. First, heàt oil in à nonstick pàn over medium high heàt.
  2. Then, àdd chicken ànd sprinkle sàlt, pepper ànd gàrlic powder. Cook both sides until light golden brown. 
  3. àdd gàrlic ànd let it cook for àbout 30 seconds or until fràgrànt.
  4. Next, àdd honey, broth, vinegàr, soy sàuce, red chili flàkes. Mix everything together.
  5. Cover ànd cook for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Then, uncover ànd let it cook until liquid is reduced to your desired consistency.
  7. Gàrnish with finely chopped green onions or sesàme seeds ànd enjoy.
